Welcome to the State of Emergency is a video production (00:07:22) created from found footage, examining how the declaration of a state of emergency serves as a political tool to limit individual freedoms. The work draws on historical imagery, including the masks prisoners wear to suppress their identity and 3D reconstructions the fale empty villages constructed by the military for war simulations. These constructed realities blur the lines between control and illusion, offering a haunting critique of how power manipulates fear, reality, and resistance in times of crisis.

During the original exbihition, the video was projected on eleven seperate screen as to imitate the control room of a security company.
